All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are typically processed the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at printmasterpro.online/track-order or directly on the carrier's website.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
